2 story Condo overlooking the ski slopes of Breckenridge with two bedroom/2 bath lock-off downstairs complete with living area and studio kitchen. Downstairs alone sleeps up to 6 people. All electronics: TVS, and VCRS/DVDS.
Upstairs master suite with balcony that overlooks ski slopes. Living room upstairs has a fireplace (electric) with sofa that makes into a double bed. Dining room, fully furnished island kitchen, washer, dryer, heated garage, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, hot tub that overlooks ski slopes.
Jr Olympic heated swimming pool in clubhouse with weight room, sauna, and massage therapy (added per hour charge).
This one is the best values that Breckenridge has to offer, with free shuttle to slopes and downtown. Condo has two outside doors.
Rental for entire Condo is $1600.00 for the week. Rental for downstairs lock off is $1000 for the week or $ 200.00 per night if partial week, and a one time $75.00 cleaning fee. No cleaning fee if rented for the week.
Entire condo will sleep up to 10 people. Downstairs 2 bed 2 bath and kitchenette lock-off will sleep up to 6 people.
